the Chief Executive of NAWT a nationwide Animal Welfare Charity.NAWT have offices throughout the South of England, all working as independent units. They need a central database of pets and have found a product developed specifically for their industry. This means they need a company wide network but they also want to use local companies for IT support to the regional offices. We are not only their head office IT network support company, installing servers, PCs, network cabling and soon a phone system with much reduced line rental and call costs. We also act as a knowledgeable, independent, single point of contact to manage the specification and implementation of the countrywide project. 
We talk to their software company, their regional IT companies and
their Internet suppliers to perform this role. We then present the
information to them in clear terms, offering alternatives and the
pros and cons of each course of action.They know we will help them to make the decisions that are best for their business! |
