We offer both on site and workshop facilities to supply, install and maintain your systems.

We sell computers and peripherals at competitive prices, will install and configure them for you and enhance your existing systems.

Even if you only need our services for a few hours per year, we will always be there to help you with any problem no matter how small. On site visits are charged on an hourly basis and there is no minimum time required on your site. This means we are happy to help with what you may think are “silly little problems” as well as implementing full system upgrades. Typical requirements are:-

Connect my PC from home so I can see my Office email

Configure Laptops for remote Sales Staff
Clear Viruses and Pop-Ups
Make printing more reliable
Set up a shared internet solution
Keep PCs up to date

5 to 100 PCs
Customers this size usually have one or two people in-house whose responsibility is to look after the computers and phone systems. It is often not their main job and it may be a company director/founder who in the ideal world, would rather hand over this part of their job to a third party and get on with running and growing the business. Running the IT may not be a full time job so a professional Network Engineer may be out of the question. Typically, you want someone who can:-

Provide skills on a time and parts as needed basis
Respond quickly when needed either by phone, remotely via the internet or with on-site visits to your offices.
Make small regular site visits to keep the system ticking over
Give impartial advice on new products and advise on a proactive basis on what needs doing to make your company run more efficiently.
Help to talk to third party suppliers on your behalf.
Be a one stop shop for hardware, software, phone systems and IT support.

We really do just try to be an extension to your staff, called on as and when required. We will happily liaise with your ISP, Web Designer, Bank Software support people, Copier supplier and more with your interests in mind.

More than 100 PCs
Customers this size usually have in house full time IT Staff. However, you may need specialists for certain projects or additional temporary resources for issues such as roll out of upgrades or office relocations. You may need bespoke software writing to help centralise data and provide for better reporting or WAN services to help you connect satellite office.
