 When
we first contacted Modular Wiring, four years ago, they had expanded
so fast that their voice & data systems had been unable to cope.
They had also lost key internal IT staff and they knew that the way
forward was to outsource this to a highly skilled company who could
deal with the complex requirements of their growing company.
A cost effective solution comprising file and print servers, an email server, secure broadband with firewall security, remote access via RAS and VPN, faxing to and from the desktop within their order processing and accounts systems and network performance enhancements with 1GB data switches has delivered a stable, consistent, low maintenance network. Voice over IP technology integrates their new phone system to the office computer network. We have also managed their office relocation. |
